Online Meditation for Self Compassion Class Series/ 4 Part Series

This is your class series if you are interested in exploring the foundations of mindfulness  meditation, as a basis for cultivating self-compassion, loving-kindness and acceptance.  Appropriate for all levels.

Each class will consist of practice time, a teaching and reflections/Q & A.

  • Experiential; learn and practice mindfulness meditation 

  • Intellectual; learn the four foundations of mindfulness, and their role within cultivating self-compassion

  • Integration; enhance qualities of self- compassion, loving-kindness and acceptance, week to week.

During this time of global uncertainty and of inner and outer unrest, we need more than ever the right tools that can boost our sense of personal resiliency and empowerment to enhance our well-being, so we can take care of the rest.

WRAP® Wellness Recovery Action Plan is an evidence-based wellness program that encourages personal responsibility, positive mental health, self-determination, self-mastery and self-awareness for all demographics.

 

This is a facilitated group learning process, where you will create your

own wellness plan, as well as explore mindfulness, meditation and yoga

as a way to support your well-being. This plan is a tool that helps you make

healthier choices and face life’s challenges with courage and insight.
