Each class will consists of:

  • Experiential learning; practice mindfulness meditation for the basis of cultivating inner freedom.

  • Intellectual learning; learn "The Four Great Tasks" to inner freedom, developed by Stephen Bachelor. 

  • Integration learning; explore how to integrate these teachings into daily life.

Four (4) x 75-minute Online Sessions

A sliding scale is offered for this retreat. Please choose the highest fee that works for you. No one will be turned away.
