Developed by Kristen Neff, Ph.D. and Christopher Germer, Ph.D. the Mindful Self-Compassion Program combines the skill of mindfulness and self-compassion to help strengthen emotional resilience in times of difficulty. The MSC Program is appropriate for anyone looking to enhance their wellbeing by reducing the unnecessary angst caused by self-criticism, judgement
and being hard on yourself.

Session Format

  • Each session consists of mindfulness meditation, experiential learning, self-reflection, and dialogue / discussions

10 (Ten) sessions

1X Orientation 75 mins session + 8 x 2.5 hours sessions + 1/2 day X 4 hours​

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if cancellation happens up to one week prior to the orientation session. If cancellation occurs after the orientation session or after the first session the following is options are available;

  • the opportunity to take the MSC Program the next time it is offered

  • a partial refund
