Couples Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program/ Virtual 

This couple's MBSR Program is for you and your partner if looking to strengthen your relationship by exploring new ways of being, seeing, and relating to one another. Though this couple's MBSR program follows similar structure, content, and format of the group Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, it is also personalized to your  relationship.

Format

  • 1:1 in-depth instruction, practice, integration with a week to week sessions 

  • Learn six different types of mindfulness meditation practices; including mindful movement

  • Explore various introspective mindfulness practices to enhance self-awareness and togetherness

  • Each session consists of practice and discussion and intentional dialogue w/ your partner

  • Home practices are assigned each week to support the integration of the practice

  • Receive weekly 'Mindful Check In' emails to support the deepening of practice

Ten (10) sessions

1x orientation + 9 x 90 minute sessions + 1x self-directed retreat
