Couples Mindfulness Program 

Adapted from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, this couples mindfulness program emphasizes awareness, self/partner-discovery and exploring new ways of being, seeing,and relating to one another, moment by moment.

  • 1:1 in-depth instruction, practice, integration with a week to week sessions 

  • Learn six different types of mindfulness meditation practices; including mindful movement

  • Explore various introspective mindfulness practices to enhance self-awareness and togetherness

  • Each session consists of experiential and didactic learning, along with intentional dialogue w/ your partner

  • Home practices are assigned each week to support the integration of your practice

  • Receive weekly 'Mindful Check In' emails to support the deepening of your practice

1x orientation + 9 x 90 minute sessions + 1x self-directed retreat
