MBSR PROGRAM
Founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is the most highly researched and evidence-based secular (nonreligious) mindfulness meditation training program in the world today! The MBSR Program is appropriate for those experiencing stress in a broad range of areas or those who are simply looking to experience a new way of being.
Participants will learn compassionate ways of relating to the body, emotions and challenging mental states.

Each sessions consists of experiential learning, self-reflection, and dialogue / discussions

Engage in home practices to facilitate mindfulness into everyday life

A refund will be issued if cancellation happens up to one week prior to the orientation session. If cancellation occurs after the orientation session and/or the first session the following is options are available;
