Founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program is the most highly researched and evidence-based secular (nonreligious) mindfulness meditation training program in the world today!
MBSR is designed for those looking for new ways of navigating stress and enhancing a sense of wellbeing within the trials and tribulations of everyday life.

Program Dates

  • Wednesday, October 13th - December 1st, 2021 [6:00 PM - 8:30 PM] PT

    • Full-Day Session, Sunday, November 21st, 2021 [9:30 AM - 5:00 PM] PT

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if cancellation happens up to one week prior to the orientation session. If cancellation occurs after the orientation session or after the first session the following is options are available;

  • the opportunity to take the MBSR Program the next time it is offered

  • a partial refund

Individual MBSR Program [Live Online]

The individual MBSR program follows the same structure, curriculum and format as the group MBSR Program but provides the flexibility and intimacy of 1:1 learning. The program can begin at any time.

Individual MBSR Program Format

  • Weekly; 90 min Virtual Session for 9 weeks + 'Self-Retreat' 

  • Each weekly virtual session includes:

    • mindfulness meditation practice 

    • self-reflection

    • experiential learning

    • dialogue / discussion on weekly theme

  • Weekly 'check in' emails 

Ten (10) Virtual Sessions 

1x orientation + 9 x 90 minute sessions + 1x self-directed retreat  = $1015 + GST
