Today's young adults and teens are dealing with more mental health challenges and than any other time in history. From excessive screen time and FOMO to cyberbullying and academic pressure, the struggle is real. It's crucial for youth today to learn how take care of themselves and keep their mind's and bodies happy and health! 


The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program for Youth (MBSR-Y) is a perfect program for those ages 14 - 24 years of age who want to learn valuable life skills, including managing stress, anxiety and emotional regulation, building confidence and developing a more positive mind-set.


This program is like a customized version of the empirically-supported 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program for adults, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn, 1979. It's custom design is teens, adolescents, and young adults, like you, and teaches mindfulness skills focusing on a mind-body approach which has proven to help you tackle life's big and small stresses better. Think of it as a a tailor-made life skill's training program to suit the youthful vibe of today and can greatly enhance your life by boosting your mental, physical, and social well-being!

cancellation policy:

Your well-being is very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your session, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50. In the case of a "no show" 100% of the session cost will occur. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, the same cancellation fee will apply.
