MBSR weekend refresher course 

Have you noticed that your daily mindfulness practice isn't quite as strong as it used to be since you completed the mindfulness-based stress reduction program? Does even a few minutes of meditation each day feel daunting, making it harder and harder for you to stay present, relaxed and attentive throughout your day? Carving out the time for a daily formal mindfulness practice can be challenging – before you know it, weeks or months go by and you haven't spent any time to sit and connect with yourself.


I'm here today to remind or reassure you that this is normal. You're not alone; others report similar difficulties making and sustaining mindful practices following the completion of an intensive mindfulness training program like MBSR. The great news is you haven't lost it! You can reboot your formal mindfulness practice at any time. However, it can be helpful to receive some additional support and guidance within a like-minded community.

Join me and other MBSR graduates for this weekend refresher course and revitalize your mindfulness practice. This weekend workshop is designed to give you what you need to get your practice back on track – and help you to reconnect with the heartfelt reason that brought you to seek the MBSR program in the first place.
