In today's fast-paced world, stress has become a common companion for many people. But there is a way to break this cycle and find inner peace admits the chaos of everyday life.

 

Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, the mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program is

an eight-week program that combines meditation, yoga, and mind-body exercises to help individuals manage stress and promote well-being. It is based on the principles of mindfulness, which involves paying attention to the present moment without harmful judgment. Since it's inception, the MBSR program has been extensively studied and found to have numerous benefits for both physical and mental health. Participants report reduced symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, improving your overall quality of life.

program structure and content:

The MBSR program offered in a one on one format, comprises nine weekly sessions, each lasting approximately 90 minutes, along with a self-guided retreat. These sessions can be attended virtually or in person. Throughout the nine weeks, participant's will engage in various activities, including:

​ - Mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and dialogue

 - Exploration on topics such as stress, automatic reactions, behavioral patterns, and skillful

    responses to the challenges of everyday life.

 - Developing a greater understanding of physical, emotional, and cognitive patterns that hinder your

    wellbeing and exacerbate stress.​

as a part of the program, you'll receive:

  • Access to audio recordings for mindfulness practices

  • Weekly 'Mindful Check-In' emails

  • A comprehensive MBSR Program Guide (available in PDF or hard copy for additional cost)​​

  • Additional guidance and support, tailored to your needs

- One on One:

  • Nine weekly payments of $179 + GST

    • Total: $1615 + GST

- Couples:​

  • Nine weekly payments of $202 + GST

    • Total: $1815 + GST

cancellation policy:

Your well-being is very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your session, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50. In the case of a "no show" 100% of the session cost will occur. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact me.
