One on one sessions are for you if you prefer the flexibility and intimacy of 1:1 learning. Sessions range from 60- 90 minutes in length and include
experiential learning, self-reflection and dialogue/practice support.  

Individual Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program 

The individual MBSR program follows the same structure, curriculum and format as the group MBSR Program but provides the flexibility and intimacy of 1:1 learning. The program can begin at any time.

1x orientation + 9 x 90 minute sessions + 1x self-directed retreat  = $900 + GST 

Or Eight (8) In-Person Sessions + (2) Virtual Sessions

1x virtual orientation + 8 x 90 minute in-person sessions + 1x self-directed retreat = $1140 + GST *

This mentoring package is designed to support you in maintaining and deepening your daily mindfulness practice. Each session is tailored towards your own personal areas of interest, growth and healing.

Practice Support Session(s)

Individual support sessions are for you if you have a mindfulness meditation practice and would benefit from additional support in growing and deepening your mindfulness practice and would prefer to 'pay per' session.
