Individual Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program/ in-person or virtual 

This individual MBSR Program is for you if you are feeling compromised by stress and/or other mental and physical health issues and would prefer the flexibility and intimacy of 1:1 learning. This individual MBSR program follows the same structure, content and format as the group program.

Format

  • 1:1 in-depth instruction, practice, integration with week to week sessions 

  • Learn a variety of mindfulness meditation practices for stress reduction; including mindful movement

  • Explore various introspective mindfulness practices to enhance self-awareness and discovery

  • Each session consists of practice and dialogue to enhance understanding/integration of practice

  • Home practices are assigned each week to support the integration of the practice

  • Receive weekly 'Mindful Check In' emails to support the deepening of practice

Ten (10) sessions

 9 x 90 minute sessions + 1x self-directed retreat

  • $900 + gst / in-person / via credit card / cash / cheque payable to Re.Pose Therapy   

  • $800 + gst / virtual  / via e-transfer / credit card for additional processing fee

Integration Mentoring Package "A" / In-person 

This integration mindfulness mentoring package is for you if you are looking to explore mindfulness and meditation as a way to transform your life and enhance overall sense of well-being. Mentoring sessions are tailored towards your areas of personal growth and interest.

  • Accountability in establishing a daily mindfulness and meditation practice; tailored to your needs

  • Receive 'Practice Support' emails to assist in accountability and support between sessions
