One on one sessions are for you if you prefer the flexibility and intimacy of 1:1 learning. Sessions range from 60- 90 minutes in length and include
experiential learning, self-reflection and dialogue/practice support.

This mentoring package is for you if you would like to deepen your daily mindfulness practice to aid in optimum mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Each session is tailored towards your own personal areas of interest, growth and healing.

  • Each weekly or bi-weekly session includes:

    • Mindfulness meditation practice

    • Self-reflection and inquiry 

    • Exploration into your own personal growth/pain points

    • Suggested formal and informal mindfulness practice(s) 

    • Accountability for maintaining and deepening daily mindfulness practice

Six (6) Virtual Sessions / In-Person Sessions

6 x 60 min sessions = $450 + GST

6 X 60 min in-person sessions = $690 + GST

PRACTICE SUPPORT SESSION [LIVE ONLINE]

A practice support session is for you if you would like to receive additional support in your mindfulness practice on a need basis.
