Since this is an online retreat you will the opportunity to deepen your mindfulness and meditation practice in the comforts of your own home, which has its benefits. However, it also has its challenges as it requires greater discipline to stay engaged with the practice and not get distracted by daily tasks. Therefore, to receive the maximum benefit from this retreat, please try to arrange a place in your home where you can practice with minimal outside distractions, as well as uphold the suggestion of noble silence during the retreat time.
A sliding scale is offered for this retreat. Please choose the highest fee that works for you. No one will be turned away.
