Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program in the Workplace
Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program equips employees with various tools and techniques to cultivate mindfulness. By applying these techniques, participants can effectively manage stress, enhance productivity, and contribute to a healthier, more positive workplace culture.

4 weekly 90-minute sessions, priced at $1,600 plus GST
The MBSR Program (Online)
8 weekly 90-minute sessions, and one 3.5-hour session, priced at $3200 + GST
