Based on Jon Kabat-Zinn's stress reduction program, this mindfulness training equips employees with tools to reduce stress, enhance decision-making, boost productivity, and improve workplace culture. It includes mindfulness practices integrated into daily routines for better employee relations and communication. The program consists of a 60-minute orientation, 8 weekly 90-minute sessions, and one 3-hour session covering stress, automatic reactions, and well-being patterns.
MBSR for Workplace program fee:
- 16 direct training hours for up to 20 participants (virtually or in-person)
