Brandi Matheson is a mindfulness teacher and registered therapeutic counsellor who has been working in the field of mental wellness for over two decades. She specializes in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), mindful self-compassion, and mindfulness meditation as a therapeutic tool for mental and physical health and wellbeing.
In addition to her work as a teacher and counsellor, Brandi is a devoted wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, an inspiring writer, and a super fan of the iconic Canadian band, The Tragically Hip.
Above all else, her passion lies in forming genuine connections with people from all walks of life.
