half-day retreats

Experience a few hours of true self-care by taking part in a half-day mindfulness meditation retreat. 


The retreat begins with grounding practice, followed by gentle yoga and/or qi gong to deepen awareness and  embodiment. Seamlessly transition into a period of stillness, and after engage in mindful walking. The day concludes with a practice focused on nurturing positive mental states, followed by thoughtful reflections.


Open to all backgrounds, the inclusive environment encourages self-discovery and learning.
