'for Mental Health in Teens, Youth & Adults'

the mindful self-compassion program

Do you ever find yourself being hard on yourself when you fall short? Maybe you speak to yourself harshly, using negative words to try and get yourself to do better. It's not uncommon to feel bad about feeling bad, but it can be harmful to your mental wellbeing. This is where the Mindful Self-Compassion program comes in.  It is a comprehensive program that teaches you to be kinder and more understanding towards yourself, especially when you fall short.

Developed by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, the Mindful Self-Compassion program was designed to help individuals alleviate unnecessary suffering caused by harsh self-judgement.

Self-compassion is defined as "the ability to be with ourselves in the face of suffering." This program combines elements of mindfulness, which involves being aware without harmful judgment, and self-compassion, which embraces self-kindness, care, and understanding.

Discover new and transformative pathways to wellbeing and begin your mindful-self compassion journey today! Please note, that at the present, I'm only offering this program in a one on one or couples format.
