the mindful self-compassion program 

Do you ever find yourself being hard on yourself when you fall short? Maybe you speak to yourself harshly, using negative words to try and get yourself to do better. It's not uncommon to feel bad about feeling bad, but it can be harmful to your mental wellbeing. ​If you take a moment to acknowledge your struggles and treat yourself with kindness, something magical begins to happen. Imperfection's become less daunting and you are able to fully embrace your life - the downs and the ups. By offering yourself love and support in times of difficulty, not only will you find the strength to move forward when things are tough, but be more willing to take risks. ​

 

The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an 8-week program designed to begin the cultivation of the skills of self-compassion. This individual program follows the same structure, curriculum and format as a group MSC Program but in a more flexible and intimate learning environment. This program can start at any time.

  • eight (8) X weekly sessions:

    • 7 X 90 min weekly sessions

    • 1 X self-retreat w/ additional guidance and support 

program cost:

online = $900

in-person = $1220

* prices do not include 5% GST

    • inquiry & self-reflection 

    • dialogue & experiential learning

  • weekly 'check in' emails 

cancellation policy:

your well-being is very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your session, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50. The amount of the fee is equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, the same cancellation fee will apply.
